Camel ride in Hunder village, Nubra Valley, Ladhak, where double humps camels (a rare species) at the high altitude area can be seen, engaged for tourist attraction and safari enjoyment. The camel ride takes place at sand dunes in the valley also known as cold desert; they can withstand cold up to minus 40 degree Celsius. To arrive Nubra Valley from Ley it’s about 140 KM journey commuting through Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft). It happens to be a memorable visit on 01.06.2015 to stay and watch the natural beauty of the valley, within the confluence of Nubra and Shyok rivers, along with special camel safari experience, added four pictures only.
