Bhutan Kingdom

Actually known as Dechencholing Palace being the Kingdom of Bhutan palace at Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, located about 4 KM from city centre. It was built in 1953 at a beautiful site of Thimpu valley on the bank of Thimpu River. It’s a three storied building structured by willow trees having lawns, ponds, where members of the Royal family resides except The King. The architecture is based on Bhutanese style including inside interiors. This palace is used for International delegations and venue for hoisting all important guests of Bhutan.
