Clarkia 'Godetia'

An annual flowering plant ‘Godetia’ by genus name is ‘Clarkia amoena’ in some parts of the world also known as farewell to spring, represents from ‘Ornagraceae’ family. It grows easily and requires minimum care, having liner small leaves and the plant height is about 3 ft long, blooms are 3 cm diameter with four petals to represent garden beauty during winter. Now no longer recognizes as genus ‘Godetia’ but ‘Clarkia’and do attracts butterflies and bees

Grow: It does not require special care and preparation of soil, but need is to arrange seedlings from reliable source during onset of winter season. Good to place on pots and practically a low maintenance flowering variety, finally satisfy with its free flowering blooms. However, routine general treatment of fertilization and prevention is essential condition for healthy growing.
