The mystic Sela Pass is the gateway to Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh, India. The name seems to be likely Se-La (La means Pass), although traditionally it as Zela Pass named after Zela high altitude mountain ranges. It is located at an altitude of 13,700 feet as a border of Tawang and West Kameng district of Arunachal. One of the most attractive place, a lifeline, snowy peaks, rocky mountain and beautiful Sela Lake, Himalayan ranges, Buddhist holy flags waving, typical cold winds and silence of altitude, brings infinite pleasure and awesome feelings of the landscape and the environment.
